Autovisi published an image of a possible Saab 9-X Convertible which they say will be shown at the Paris Motor Show later this year.

I reported on a story from the Dutch news service Telegraaf last week. In that report, based on a story from another magazine called Autovisie, they claimed that Saab will be showing a new convertible version of the Saab 9-X concept vehicle that made a hardtop debut at Geneva in March and won the Best Concept vehicle at that show.

The translation of the Telegraaf article came from Albert VDB, who has been kind enough to purchase, scan and translate the article from Autovisie as well.

It’s definitely looking like Paris for the Saab 9-3x allroader. Saab’s presence at the London Motor Show will be reasonably subdued. The “news” for the show is the already-known addition of XWD to the four-cylinder range for the Saab 9-3. The 9-X BioHybrid and Saab 9-4x BioPower Concept vehicles will be there to lend some interest for the local enthusiasts. Click through for the official London press release….
