In the last Top Gear episode the star in a reasonably priced car was Kevin McCloud from Grand Designs. I remember him from one of the Saab Magazines a while ago, where he was featured with a 9-5 BioPower. He is probably the first one on Top Gear using the dreaded "Eco" word, and he got away with it.
