Here’s a cool little clip. Hopefully it might turn into a cool little series of clips.

It’s supposed to be a Saab spin on Knight Rider and whilst I’m not sure how well it succeeds at that (then again, would you want to? Not even Knight Rider succeeds at Knight Rider in 2008), it’s very well made and is a lot of fun to watch. The big drawcard for me is that it gives you a fantastic look at one of the Saabiest Saabs in history – a Saab 99 GL.

It was a special treat for me personally, too, as the car had the same white exterior and green interior color combination as my old Saab 99 Turbo.

    lol. I’m not sure if a 99GL is cut out to be Knight Rider. It’s tough enough to break through walls and take bullets, but it’d never be able to catch up the the baddies in a chase.

    Hi,

    actually this is just the beginning of a fantastic journey from Ljubljana/Slovenia to Trollhattan.
    You can expect a lot lot more till Christmas. The main actor is going to meet and talk to SAAB pioneers
    (Carlsson, Blomquist, Gilbrand) and other Saab Enthusiasts. You´ll see all Saab Classic cars – from the URSaab, to the EV-1…and a lot lot more.
    Oh, and by the way: the colour of the 99 GL, you see in the vid is called: Marble White :-)
