Turbo X view-a-thon in Boston - on tonight!

I posted an article on this a few weeks ago but thought a reminder was in order as the event is on tonight. If you’re in the Boston area then you should think about getting yourself down to Herb Chambers Saab this evening and scoping out your new ride….

Herb’s place is also the starting venue for the Turbo X driving event being hosted by SaabUSA for the media, including our own Eggs n Grits.

Here’s just a bit of the view that’ll greet the assembled media this morning prior to them heading off in a feast of XWD splendour!! Not only do they drive these black beauties, they’ll also get a chance to have a steer of some classic Swedish metal from the GM Heritage Collection.

thats the 1st turboX sportcombi i’ve seen in the U.S. I wonder what the ratio is?
I guess I will have a very hard time trying to find a second hand turboX combi 6 speed when I am in the market

Mike, it’s not a standalone, that glass building in the background is the giant 3-story Herb Chambers Audi/Porsche/Mini dealership. On the other side you have the Infiniti and Honda dealerships.

When you see them in a row, the Saab dealership looks like an afterthought, but it at least beats seeing Saab tacked onto a Cadillac/Hummer dealership. Those abominations make me retch.
