I love it. I cut the tops off of a 1983 Oldsmobile Delta88, 1979 Oldsmobile Delta88 and a 1969 Buick LeSaber. Granted, my "conversions" weren't on the same level as this but they were still fun sumer rides.

There is a guy in town with a 1973 Buick Electra 225 for sale. I was starting to think back to the days of my youth and all the fun I would have listening to my wife yell if I bought it and did a 4th cop-job. But then I remembered I would have to take out a second mortgage to fill the tank and thus ended the idea.

Hi everybody !
Hi Swade !
So , this stunning 96 cabriolet is coming from Sweden , not far from Trollhattan where she's been modified about 10 years ago . And a french Saab Enthusiast found a picture of this car by entering Saab 96 cabriolet in Google .He contacted the guy who did the work asking him if she was for sale .The answer has been "Yes" .
So he picked her up back to France in Paris precisely .
Then those pictures were posted on the french Saab forum called "Saab Sport Club" by the son of the owner (who drives a Viggen Swade *wink*).And of course at that time I fell in love for that lovely cutie Saab 96 not like the others .I did express this love to the owner for his car .
And last Sunday he sent me an email to ask me if I would be interested .
Try to find my answer ......

Saabcab900 on Flickr posted a gorgeous other example of conversion of a 96
