Hang on a sec, I know it’s just a concept, but wouldn’t a heated comaprtmet for drying boots and suchlike just mist up the windows? That to me would be a big DISadvantage.
Not that I’m poo-pooing the idea, but there’s been no mention of that space being ventilated to keep the moisture out of the cabin - maybe it just is.
Check out Range Rover’s interpretation of the 9x. Sure makes the 9-4x look bland!

Heres the Volvo xc60, I think these are actual pictures not concept ones, so this is what the 9-4x is going to be up against….
