Just over two hours to go….
…until voting closes in the Saab Pride of Ownership competition. NOW CLOSED.
The voting is incredibly close from second through to fourth place, so if you haven’t had your say yet, then go have it now!
And if you have, then enjoy this pic sent in by Jacco.
Vive la Saab!

I hope the MY84 C900 SE Turbo survived. The two tones are rare now. I owned a 3 dr version from 1995 to 2005 and it was the most characterful car I have owned.
They look great, don’t they? There’s still one or two rolling around here in Hobart.
Swade: I haven’t seen another one in Adelaide since I sold mine. I think there were less 4 doors than 3 doors? You can tell a MY84 from an MY83 by the side strip pieces near the bumpers, and the different grille of course.
The car in the foreground looks like a Morris Oxford…which lived on as the HM Ambassador for decades in India. That was the first car I ever drove

I would say the foreground is just lik my grandfathers old Austin A35 from 1958. Beige-White with red leather interior.
Please save the “luxury” 900 the are really rare!
Here’s a picture of the 1984 3 door I used to own. In 1984 it was the most expensive Saab you could buy in Australia. It was replaced by the Aero in 1985. The interior was identical!
