Saab 9-3 2.0T test coming at Winding Road
It seems a Saab 9-3 2.0T road test might be coming in a future issue of Winding Road magazine. They’ve released this “quick take” video, indicating that the the car’s in their garage, but there’s no test on their site as yet.
Given how much they liked the 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero in a recent edition, it’ll be interesting to see what they make of the 2.0T. It’s a favoured engine for many. Then again, given what they wrote about the 9-7x Aero, maybe it’s all a little too scary.

I hope they take into consideration the better fuel economy of the 2 liter model over the 2.8-liter V6. If they judge it strictly on performance, of course the 2.0’s going to be a bit of a letdown after testing the Aero.
I can’t remember the last time Winding Road gave anything they drove a negative review.
