Sales data continues to trickle in and now it’s Australia’s turn!

Saab Oz had already beaten 2006’s sales figures back in October, so the only question remaining was how high they’d go and whether December this year would outstrip December of last year.

And it did.

Saab Oz continued their diesel-driven improvement for a solid finish, selling 126 vehicles in December 07 compared with 101 vehicles in the same month last year. A rise of 24.8% for the month.

For the full 2007 year they sold 1,862 vehicles, which was a 16% rise over the 1,605 sold last year.

As mentioned earlier, this has been driven by the introduction of diesel models here in Australia, which were launched this time last year and began arriving shortly thereafter.

A classic case of the right car appearing in the right market at the right time - and a result befitting that decision.
