Lynx Yellow will be the signature colour for a Spring Edition of the Saab 9-3 Convertible in the Netherlands. Autoweek.nl have an article about it (in Dutch), and a number of photos of the car in motion, which is something new.

The photos are very interesting and it’s worth clicking through even of you can’t read the article. The colour seems to range from a banana-like shade (pictured below) to almost a gold colour.

I don’t know if that’s the tone of the paint, or someone going bonkers in photoshop prior to the pics being distributed. Either way, it’s another in a long line of fantastic yellow Saabs.

The Spring Edition is available in Vector or Aero trim, with a range of engines (including the TTiD), and comes with black leather and 18-inch, 10 spoke wheels. According to Autoweek.nl, it will be available until the end of the 2008 model year.
