It’s been a little while since I’ve shown some SOTW photos. There’s been a lot of stuff going on and the category has slipped a little in priority so I’m pleased to be reviving it a little this week. It’s always been one of my favourite sections of this site as it provides a place for real pride of ownership to shine through.

The vast majority of SOTW shots are taken by the car’s owner. If you’ve got a great photo of your Saab then please let me know.

This shot of a 9-5 was taken by Alen and there’s a few variations on the theme at his Flickr account. It’s his 2002 Saab 9-5 SportCombi and it was a congratulatory gift from his family upon his graduation. Alen was so stoked with the car that he skipped drinking at his graduation because all he wanted to do was drive his new 9-5 - a sentiment that I can well and truly understand.
