I’m working out in the field for a few days, so posting may be a little light.

Thanks to Willem from Saabfreund, we now have the Saab sales numbers for Germany in July 2007.
In July 2007, Saab sold 311 vehicles in Germany, a crazily low number, but a fall of only 1.6% against July 2006. This just goes to show Saab have a lot of work to do as this is such a potentially lucrative market within Europe.
From Jan to July 2007, Saab have sold 2,355 vehicles. I guess they should be thankful for just a 1.6% fall in July as sales are down a whopping 31.2% for the year when compared with 2006.

Several people have emailed me to let me know that the latest issue of Autoweek has a Snow Silver 9-3 on the front and an article inside.
Unfortunately there’s no pic of the cover on the website that I can see. Thanks to LP, the cover is located here.
It’s the August 6 issue you’re looking for, though Dan S tells me there’s nothing outstanding or new there.
It’s good to see them get a cover though.

The photo below was found on my Flickr RSS feed. Another Saab 99 in distress.
Sad. Very sad.

You can find the Autoweek cover at:

Read the short sentence at the left end of the page. There is all said.
swade,
Horrah! A cover placement for the MY 2008 SAAB 9-3. It looks good, and Snow Silver rocks.
I hope Auto Week sends you a thank you because I just signed up for a subscription.
That 99 isn’t in distress.
It’s crouching in wait to pounce on an unsuspecting bimmer.
