I had trouble in MS Windows using Firefox. I had to use Internet Explorer to order. They are losing sales because of their own bad programming.
Explorer doesn’t work either (on OSX)

I was just successful ordering t-shirts using Firefox 2.0.0.3 and Mac OS X 10.4.9
Worked fine for me, same setup as Kraig.
