Aero-X at the Saab Museum
Thanks to Tim and Mats for sending in some photos taken over the weekend at the Saab Museum at Trollhattan, where the new Aero-X concept made it’s debut.
I’d just about give my lefty to be able to visit there.

Swade - it is indeed worthy of a visit. Perhaps not QUITE as worthy as you profess but worthy nonetheless.
Great photos. Interesting how small the little beast is. Really a pocket rocket. The attraction doesn’t fade.
I gotta’ say, I really like that color. Not many car companies I can think of would make a white concept car.
This sort of has a link to the SAAB SPG (T16S) prototypes which were also white (”Arctic White”).
If I saw another gray/silver concept from SAAB I was going to begin to think that they only had one paint color in the model shop in Trollhattan!
Gosh…It´s just getting better and better…
This is a “got-to-build-the-thing” cind of car.
Damn I wish I had some milions…
Thanks for the photos. I’m saving every one I can find and I can’t get enough of them.
I have something like 75 pictures from the museeum but they’re all 2-3Mb in size and I have no place to put them otherwise I’d share them….
The tires are 23″ and rim+tires apparently weighs 48! kg’s.
What would happen if you drove up to your local gas station in an Aero-X ?
Something like this… http://www.vettochetikett.info/SAAB_AERO_X/index.htm
A web page showing Aero-x filling up some etanol at a local gasstaion.
