Being stuck here in Oz where I haven't even seen it yet, there's little I can offer by way of assistance, but your dealer should be the primary calling point I'd imagine. For secondary help and brothers-in-arms support can I suggest Saab Central, where someone may have already been through a similar experience. I have found the web site for Navigation Teconologies, this clearly shows the software is loaded with information , why have Saab decided to limit access, other Manufacturers have regular upgrades , approx every 18 months , my car is almost 3 years old (March 06 ) and i cannot get any response from any Dealer?
